Hi, I’m Rachael
I’ve always felt drawn to wellness and helping people feel a little more like themselves again. I’m naturally intuitive and empathetic, and creating a space where people can slow down and feel genuinely cared for is something that’s always come naturally to me.
My passion for this work comes from my own life. I’ve walked through personal health challenges that led me to be more intentional with how I care for my body—and more curious about how everything is connected: physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Foot zoning became a meaningful part of that journey for me. It’s supported my nervous system, helped ease anxiety, and allowed me to feel more in tune with my body and emotions. That experience is what led me to share this work with others in a way that feels grounded, gentle, and supportive.
In my sessions, I take a whole-body, personalized approach. I’ve been trained not only in foot zoning, but also in root healing and trauma-informed care, which allows me to meet each person where they are and create a space that feels safe, calm, and restorative.
Outside of this work, I’m a wife and a stay-at-home mom, which is my favorite role. I love being with my family, camping, spending time in the mountains, animals, and soaking up the sunshine whenever I can. I’m also someone who loves to read, move my body, and continue learning more about wellness.
This space was created to be gentle, intentional, and supportive—a place where you can slow down, reconnect, and feel taken care of.
